Meat Sauce
- In a skillet, over high heat put in some olive oil. Once the meat is no longer pink add the ground beef. Keep cooking getting rid of any oil.
- Once fragrant, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds after adding it. Add salt to taste and Italian spice and stir.
- Remove from the heat and stir in two cups marinara sauce.
Ravioli/Cheese Mixture
- Set the oven’s temperature to 350. Apply nonstick cooking spray to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Transfer the cream cheese, ricotta, and sour cream into a large mixing basin. Toss to combine.
- Toss in the frozen ravioli to coat it with the cheese mixture.
Assemble Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole
- The bottom of the prepared pan should be filled with the ravioli and cheese mixture.
- After covering the ravioli with the meat sauce, equally distribute the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Bake for thirty minutes with an aluminum foil cover.
