Set the oven's temperature to four hundreds degrees. Grease a pie pan and keep it aside.
In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef for about eight minutes, or until it is browned and no pink remains. Spoon the mixture of ground beef into the prepared pie pan.
Add the tomatoes, relish, onion, and garlic. Cook for 4–5 minutes over medium heat, or until the onion is transparent. To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Take off the heat source.
Mix the Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs in a medium-sized bowl until well blended.
Over the meat, evenly distribute the Bisquick mixture. Top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
Bake for thirty to thirty-five minutes. Cook until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, about thirty minutes. Before serving, let the pie sit for ten minutes.
Add more chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and your preferred burger sauce to the pie's top. Have fun!
