  • The chicken should be fried in a big pan with olive oil for three to five minutes on each side, or until it is no longer pink in the center and has browned on all sides. Take out and place chicken on a platter. Cook until the mushrooms are soft, a few minutes after adding the slices. Take out and place on the side.
  • Add and melt the butter to produce the sauce. Once the garlic is soft, add it. Once the mixture thickens, whisk in the flour. Mix in parmesan cheese, chicken broth, heavy cream, pepper, and salt. When it begins to thicken and the spinach wilts, add the spinach and simmer. If preferred, serve the sauce over spaghetti after adding the chicken and mushrooms back to it.
