At 375 degrees preheat the oven. Spray casserole dish and put it aside.
Crumble and sauté the ground sausage in a big pan until it's no longer pink.
Cook diced bell peppers until tender.
Pour eggs, milk, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.
After crescent rolls may be opened put them into the bottom of prepared baking dish. Very gently unfold them and press them into the pan.
Sprinkle mixture of pepper and ground sausage over the top of crescent rolls.
Add the egg mixture on the sausage mixture and also add the shredded cheese on casserole.
Bake for 35–40 minutes.
