As directed on the package, boil a big pot of water and cook the noodles. Pour through strainer and leave aside.
In a big skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
With the exception of the bean sprouts, add all the veggies. Simmer until soft, about 5 minutes.
Cook the garlic for one more minute after adding it.
Add the bean sprouts, cooked noodles, and sauce, then toss to mix. Cook the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes, or until they are well warm.
If preferred, add sesame seeds on top, and serve right away.
