As directed on the package, cook the spaghetti noodles in boiling water for a few minutes shorter than the recommended amount of time (because the noodles will continue to cook and soften in the oven). Then, drain the noodles.
Drain off the water then toss with one cup of marinara sauce.
Meat Layer
Then in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Cook the ground beef and sausage until meat colour is gone. Remove excess oil.
Cook the onion and garlic together for three minutes, or until the onion becomes tender. Add the pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning.
After removing the heat source, mix in four cups of marinara sauce.
Creamy Cheese Layer
Pour the sour cream, ricotta, and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl. Stir to incorporate.
Add one cup of mozzarella cheese and the parmesan cheese and stir.
To Assemble
Set the oven's temperature. Apply cooking spray to a baking dish.
Fill the prepared pan with the pasta mixture.
Scatter the butter pads evenly over the noodles.
Cover the spaghetti mixture with a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
Cover the cheese mixture with the meat mixture.

Bake for thirty minutes with the foil covering.
Bake for a further 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and melted, then uncover and continue baking!
