Raspberry Baked Brie
Just four ingredients make up the ideal holiday appetizer, raspberry baked brie, which is great for Christmas and New Year's Eve!

- 1 sheet puff pastry 1/2 a box
- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- ⅓ cup raspberry preserves
- 1 egg mixed with one tablespoon of water

Turn the oven's temperature up to 400.
The puff pastry sheet should be opened onto a large cutting board.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry till 1/4" thick.
Put the brie wheel in the center of the puff pastry.
Top the brie with the raspberry preserves.
To thoroughly cover the brie, gently fold over.
Transfer the wheel of brie onto a baking sheet.
Drizzle with the egg/water blend.
Remove any accumulated egg under the brie by wiping it off the baking sheet.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the color turns golden.
Before serving, let cool for five minutes.
