Raspberry Baked Brie

Just four ingredients make up the ideal holiday appetizer, raspberry baked brie, which is great for Christmas and New Year's Eve!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry 1/2 a box
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 egg mixed with one tablespoon of water

Instructions
 

  • Turn the oven's temperature up to 400.
  • The puff pastry sheet should be opened onto a large cutting board.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry till 1/4" thick.
  • Put the brie wheel in the center of the puff pastry.
  • Top the brie with the raspberry preserves.
  • To thoroughly cover the brie, gently fold over.
  • Transfer the wheel of brie onto a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with the egg/water blend.
  • Remove any accumulated egg under the brie by wiping it off the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the color turns golden.
  • Before serving, let cool for five minutes.
