The best breakfast delight is homemade Swedish pancakes! They're supple and soft, and they taste even better with lingonberry jam and freshly whipped cream on top.

  • Sift flour, sugar, and salt together in a small basin and put aside.
  • Eggs should be lemon yellow and slightly thickened after four to five minutes of hand mixer use in a medium-sized bowl. Beat the eggs with the butter and milk.
  • One-third cup at a time, add the flour mixture to the milk and eggs. Until everything is combined and the batter is smooth, whisk.
  • In a pan set over medium heat, melt some butter. Approximately 2 tablespoons of butter, or less based on desired pancake size, should be added to the skillet.
  • After cooking for about two minutes on each side, take out of the skillet.
  • Savor the fresh version with your favorite toppings or with lingonberry jam, a classic Swedish fruit spread!
