Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ⅔ of a banana, about ½ cup sliced
  • ½ cup coconut meat, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 6 ounces  pineapple juice

Instructions
 

  • Use a blender to blend all ingredients until they become smoothie.
  • Serve the smoothie into Glasses.
