Smoothies plays important role in refreshment of mood. Tropical smoothie is one of my favorite Smoothies. I love Juices and Smoothies just because they make me happy in every season.

Tropical fruits including papaya, banana, pineapple, and mango make this delightful tropical smoothie recipe sweet and hydrating! This tasty and nutritious treat is ready in about five minutes, making it the ideal way to start your morning!

Tropical Smoothie is Healthy or Not?

Tropic smoothies are more than simply a delicious drink (to paraphrase Pulp Fiction a little bit). They are also quite nutritious. And the reason for it is that they are composed of vital vitamins and minerals; a regular mango may provide you with around 45% of your daily requirement for vitamin C.

Ingredients Used in Tropical Smoothie

This tropical smoothie is perfect for any time of day because it is made with simple, fresh ingredients. I like that I can portion out the ingredients to make individual servings of smoothies as a meal prep. For precise measurements, view the recipe card by scrolling down.

  1. Frozen pineapple: Adds a thick, frothy texture to the smoothie and a sweet, tangy flavor.
  2. Frozen mango: Contributes to the creamy texture and offers a sweet, tropical taste.
  3. Banana: Gives out a lot of sweetness and a smooth, creamy texture.
  4. Coconut meat, fresh or frozen: This creates a chewy texture and gives the smoothie its tropical flavor.
  5. Coconut milk: Enhances the smoothie’s tropical flavor and gives the smoothie’s texture a rich, creamy smoothness.
  6. Pineapple juice: Adds a sharp, acidic flavor that counterbalances the sweetness and creaminess.
