- Preheat Oven, Prepare Dish: At 375 degrees preheat the oven. Spray casserole dish and put it aside.
- Brown Sausage: Crumble and sauté the ground sausage in a big pan until it’s no longer pink.
- Add Vegetables: Cook diced bell peppers until tender.
- Egg Mixture: Pour eggs, milk, garlic and onion powders, salt, and pepper into a large mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.
- Crescent Rolls: After crescent rolls may be opened put them into the bottom of prepared baking dish. Very gently unfold them and press them into the pan.
- Top With Sausage and Vegetables: Sprinkle mixture of pepper and ground sausage over the top of crescent rolls.

- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ tbsp Kosher salt
- ¼ tbsp black pepper
- 2 cups Colby Jack cheese shredded
