Delicious and Healthy Corned Beef Sandwich
Thick slices of corned beef stacked with all of your favorite toppings give Corned Beef sandwich an abundance of flavor that makes it impossible to refuse. The winner is leftover corned meat!
Without a doubt, one of the greatest leftover sandwiches I’ve ever tasted! I adore how this sandwich mimics the tastes of Ireland. The main ingredients of this sandwich are coleslaw, Swiss cheese, and leftover cooked corned beef stacked on top of fresh rye bread. Layering it all with your favorite toppings and then broiling it in the oven for a few minutes is so easy that it melts just enough to create a warm, lovely sandwich that melts in your mouth. Oh, it is. So. Nice!
This is a sandwich that our family makes on the day after St. Patrick’s Day. I like traditions and festivals for their small celebrations. Festivals and everything else are children’s favorites. It is even more fun when the traditional foods are prepared and observed for them. It’s that fantastic. You just must try this sandwich because of its amazing blend and combo!
