Are you a salmon lover? So this recipe is for you! Let enhance taste of salmon Croquettes here. In this recipe we use salmon and different seasonal ingredients that enhance the flavor of salmon. First we formed into patties and then pan-fried in a skillet until gaining golden brownish color.
They are not just delicious but also healthy.
Ingredients Used in Salmon Croquettes
- Bread : The breadcrumbs contribute to the formation of the ideal crust.
- All-Purpose Flour: I use all purpose flour in my recipe.
- Green And Red Peppers: This one is optional but I love to add extra flavor in my recipes.
- Canned Salmon: This saves time and enhance flavor.
- Garlic Powder: This develop extraordinary flavor.
- Salt and Pepper: Use to enhance flavor of all ingredients.
- Egg: Use to binds all ingredients together and make it easy to make patties.
- Mayonnaise: This add creaminess to the recipe and also binds ingredients together.
- Worcestershire Sauce: This adds mind blowing flavor in recipe.
- Cilantro: If you don’t love it you can skip it
- Vegetable Oil: It is used to cook the Salmon Croquettes. I use it to give beautiful brownish color to Salmon Croquettes.

Steps to Make Salmon Croquettes
- Integrate all Ingredients: Add breadcrumbs and flour to a bowl and mix. Add peppers, canned salmon, garlic, salt, pepper, egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and cilantro. Mix until absorb.
- Make patties: Shape into 5-9 patties and heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
- Fry patties: Add patties to the skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.


Yummy Salmon Croquettes
Ingredients
- ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ Green Bell Pepper , chopped
- ½ Red Bell Pepper , chopped
- (3) 5 ounce cans salmon
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- 1-2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Instructions
